THIS weekend at Ravenscraig regional sports facility the SWFA are hosting the youth Scottish Cup Semi Finals and Rangers are being represented at both U15 and U17 level.

Mark Dobbie’s 15s side have seen off Dumfires Girls, Dunfermline and Kilwinning SC in their journey to a semi-final against Hibs Girls. Mark’s table topping side will face tough opposition from an Edinburgh team who have performed well throughout in season in their local South-East regional league.

The 15s side boasts several national team players and will be hoping to add a Scottish Cup final to their lists of achievements for the year. 

The Rangers 17s and head coach Peter Kennedy will face city rivals Celtic in their semi-final soon after the 15s game has ended. This highly talented Gers side are unbeaten in the league this year and won the League Cup during the first half of the season.

En route to the final the 17s recorded wins against Glasgow City and Hamilton Caledonia. Their opponents tomorrow are another successful youth side, boasting talented players and should make for an entertaining clash. 

U15 Hibernian v Rangers, 12pm
U17 Celtic v Rangers 2.30pm

Both games are free entry at Ravenscraig Regional Facility.
