SUPPORTER ENTRY TO THE STADIUM

Please get to the stadium early:

  • Turnstiles open 2 Hours before kick off
  • Searches will result in slower access than usual
  • Every supporter will be searched
  • Entry Point is on Calle Moli Bisbal, next to Gate 25 in the away stand. Upon entry tickets will be checked with an ultraviolet light to make sure they are official.
  • Once tickets have been approved, fans will be searched by private members of security before passing through the turnstiles. At this point of entry there will also be security dogs present to detect prohibited items.
  • Fans entering with backpacks or big bags must leave their personal items in the left-luggage office due to the level 4 anti-terrorism alert in Spain. Items will be returned to fans once the match has finished.
  • Fans then scan their tickets at the turnstiles and proceed to the stand.
  • As a declared high-risk match, police will be in charge of controlling the stand. There will be stewards located in the passage that leads to the stand to direct fans to their seats but, in the case fans have to wait to access the stand, we ask for patience and collaboration with the stewards in the away stand.

To Confirm:

  • The fans will climb a set of stairs before accessing the turnstiles.
  • The police will be on the concourse at the turnstiles with police dogs.
  • Before fans get access to the approaches to the turnstiles there will be a ticket check.
  • They will be subject to search before going through the turnstiles.
  • The game has been classified a high risk so there will be a significant police presence on the seating deck.

Bag/Flag Storage:

  • The fans will not be allowed to take rucksacks or large bags into the stadium. These can be stored in the unit adjacent to the stairs giving access to the turnstiles and reclaimed after the game.
  • Flags larger than 3m x 1m will not be allowed in to the stadium. Spanish law requires all such flags to be approved by police prior to the game.

PROHIBITED ITEMS/FLAGS BANNERS

  • Prohibited: Fireworks/Pyro/Items that could be used as a weapon

  • Flags and banners with content that is not banned by UEFA will be permitted. They will be checked at the entrance by stewards and security officers

  • Urinating in the street is an on the spot fine of €200. The police have advised that COLEGIO PUBLICO JOSE SORIANO RAMOS has portable toilet facilities.
