LEE Wallace and Barrie McKay have been called up to the Scotland squad for their World Cup qualifiers against Lithuania and Slovakia.
The Gers captain has eight caps already for his country while McKay made his international debut against France in a June friendly.
Speaking after announcing his squad Strachan said:
“Lee Wallace has a great partnership with Barrie McKay and they’ll both add something ahead of the next two games.”
The game against Lithuania will be played at Hampden Park on Saturday 8 October and then Gordon Strachan’s team will travel to Slovakia on Tuesday 11 October.
