STEVEN GERRARD has named three changes to his Rangers side for this afternoon’s Scottish Premiership opener at Kilmarnock.
From the side which came through against Progres Niederkorn in the Europa League on Thursday, out drop the suspended Allan McGregor, Glen Kamara and Jermain Defoe, with their places taken by Wes Foderingham, fit-again Steven Davis and Alfredo Morelos.
That means it’s a back five of Foderingham in goals, captain James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Nikola Katic and Borna Barisic.
Joe Aribo and Ryan Jack join Davis in midfield while Sheyi Ojo and Scott Arfield will support Morelos.
There are plenty of options for Gerrard to choose from on the bench, those being substitute goalkeeper Andy Firth, Goerge Edmundson, Andy Halliday, Jordan Jones, Greg Stewart, Defoe and Kamara.
It’s a 1.30pm kick-off here in Ayrshire, with full, live coverage available outside the UK on RangersTV.
RANGERS: Foderingham; Tavernier, Goldson, Katic, Barisic; Aribo, Davis, Jack; Ojo, Morelos, Arfield.
SUBS: Firth, Edmundson, Halliday, Jones, Stewart, Defoe, Kamara.
