RANGERS Soccer Schools can today announce they have partnered with Master Football Academy in Taipei, for three years, as they continue to expand around the globe.
The programme will see coaches from the Light Blues travel to Taipei to deliver sessions to the MFA players following a successful camp this summer. It will make MFA Rangers’ first ever partner club in the area.
They will then visit Glasgow on a yearly basis to gain experience of football in Europe, as well as to benefit from the fantastic facilities available at the Hummel Training Centre.
James Bisgrove, Director of Commercial & Marketing at Rangers, commented: “This new agreement with the Master Football Academy is another pivotal step forward in the clubs international development.
“We’re excited to kick-start the partnership and build on the success of the recent club events in Taipei earlier this summer.
“The new long term agreement enables the club to build a series of football initiatives that will see our coaches travel to Taipei and, equally, allows us to host groups from Taiwan here in Glasgow.”
Dan Calvert, the founder of MFA and Head Coach commented: “MFA are absolutely delighted to sign a three year agreement with Rangers Soccer Schools.
“The camp event Rangers delivered in the summer provided first hand evidence of the coaching levels we as an academy aspire to offer our young players here in Taipei.
“This in addition to the professionalism from start to finish in dealing with staff at Rangers leaves us extremely excited and honoured to commence this agreement.”
