JORDAN Rossiter spoke to RangersTV after the Gers 1-1 draw away to Dundee.

The midfielder said: “It was massively disappointing, I thought first half we were the ones pressing and we looked like we were going to be the ones scoring.

“I think if we would have got a goal before half-time it would have been a totally different game but second half we were miles off it.

“They re-grouped and it was a really disappointing second half – all the lads know that.

“It’s football that you can be the highest of the highs one week and the loewst of the lows, like today, the next.

“Consistency is something the gaffer and all the lads have spoken about, if we find that then I think we will do very well this year.

“I think the lads know the second-half was frustrating, that final pass and the final decision making or final run wasn’t really there. That is something we will look to put right on Thursday and also next Sunday.”

Rossiter started just his fourth game of the campaign at Dens Park and went on to say: “It’s frustrating because I haven’t had many chances but I have been working hard and waiting patiently.

“The gaffer gave me my chance today and I don’t know whether I took it to be honest with you.

“You have to put the work in and be ready for when your chance does come. Regardless this was a massively disappointing day but I am sure we will put it right.”
