RANGERS have players out on loan in Scotland, England and beyond. Here’s a look at how they got on over the weekend.
HARRY FORRESTER – AFC WIMBLEDON
Harry bagged an assist as his side drew 1-1 with Scunthorpe. The forward also hit the bar as Wimbledon went four games unbeaten in League One.
CARLOS PENA – CRUZ AZUL
Carlos Pena was an 84th minute sub in Cruz Azul’s 1-0 win over Lobos BUAP in the Primera Division. It leaves them 14th in the league.
RYAN HARDIE – LIVINGSTON
Ryan went a week without scoring but Livi still bagged three goals in a five goal thriller against Greenock Morton. He played just over an hour of the win and had good chances. If Livi hadn’t won St Mirren would have lifted the Championship title.
JORDAN THOMPSON – LIVINGSTON
The Northern Irish midfielder played 59 minutes of Livi’s 3-2 win on Saturday. He was provider for his side’s second of the afternoon, Alan Lithgow heading in from Jordan’s corner.
LIAM BURT – DUMBARTON
Liam Burt played 12 minutes of the Sons 3-2 win over Dundee United.
AIDAN WILSON – DUMBARTON
Aidan missed the weekend’s fixtures due to suspension.
ROSS LYON – STRANRAER
Ross played 89 minutes of Stranraer’s 1-0 win away to Alloa. He had two attempts on goal early on in the game.
ROBBY MCCRORIE – BERWICK RANGERS
Robby had a rare disappointing afternoon between the sticks for his loan side. He conceded three goals to table topping Peterhead. The keeper will make his 40th appearance of his first full senior season on Tuesday night against Stenhousemuir.
