Right back Tavernier has continued his impressive form throughout January, adding to both his goals and assist tally.
A constant threat from full back, and now the clubs recognised penalty taker, Tav scored and assisted with a trademark cross in the 2-0 victory against Aberdeen and notched a goal during Rangers mid-season trip to Florida.
Rounding off his month with his first hat-trick for the club against Fraserburgh, Josh Windass has taken his tally of goals for the season to nine.
Adding goals to his game has seen Windass become a mainstay in the Gers team. Windass also grabbed the winner during the ‘Gers Florida Cup win over Brazil’s Atletico Miniero.
Centre half Bates has become a regular in the Gers defence, and has become an important player with Danny Wilson leaving the club in the January transfer window.
Twenty-one year old Bates has formed a solid partnership with new signing Russell Martin and will continue to improve by playing alongside a player of his experience.
