RANGERS have players out on loan across Scotland, England and the world right now. Here’s a look back at how they performed over the weekend.
JOE DODOO – CHARTLON ATHLETIC
Joe struck in midweek as he helped fire Charlton to the top of their EFL Trophy group in a 3-2 win over Fulham’s Under 21s. He then played 71 minutes of the Addicks 3-1 FA Cup win over non-league Truro City. The striker couldn’t find another goal though as his side progressed into the next round.
HARRY FORRESTER – AFC WIMBLEDON
Harry returned from injury to play just over an hour of the Don’s EFL Trophy defeat at the hands of Luton Town – former Ger Andrew Shinnie bagged both goals for the winning team in a 2-1 victory. It put the Dons into second place in the group and Luton top.
The midfielder then completed the whole 90 minutes of Wimbledon’s FA Cup win over Lincoln. The Dons went into the hat for the second round with a 1-0 victory; Lyle Taylor scored the only goal of the game in the seventh minute.
MICHAEL O’HALLORAN – ST JOHNSTONE
Michael was a 58th minute substitute at McDairmid Park as Celtic hit three late goals to defeat the Saints 4-0.
ANDY HALLIDAY – QABALA
Andy was an unused substitute as Qabala beat Səbail 3-1 to go top of the Premyer Liqa table in Azerbaijan.
ROBBY MCCRORIE – BERWICK RANGERS
Robby kept a clean sheet as Berwick Rangers went to Annan and played out a 0-0 draw. That gave the 19-year-old four shutouts in five games.
