RANGERS currently have six players out on loan across Scotland and the world – here we round-up their weekend.
TOM WALSH – ST MIRREN
Tom was a 65th minute substitute as St Mirren got their Championship season underway with a 1-1 draw against Greenock Morton. St Mirren pulled one back through John Sutton with seven minutes of the game remaining after Thomas O’Ware had opened the scoring in the seventeenth minute.
RYAN HARDIE – ST MIRREN
Ryan made his league debut for the Paisley side when he came on in the 52nd minute. The striker was stifled for chances however St Mirren equalised late on to walk away with a point.
JORDAN THOMPSON – RAITH ROVERS
Jordan made his Championship debut for Rovers as they beat newcomers Ayr United 2-0. The 19-year-old started the game and was involved throughout as he completed 90 minutes that saw Raith climb to the top of the table.
SCOTT ROBERTS – RAITH ROVERS
Scott wasn’t involved in Rovers opening day win over Ayr United.
LIAM KELLY – LIVINGSTON
Liam started his fifth game for the Lions as they punished Stranraer with a 5-1 drubbing to get their League One campaign off to a flyer. It saw his new side rocket into top spot in the table.
FRASER AIRD – VANCOUVER WHITECAPS
Fraser didn’t feature as the Whitecaps were defeated 2-0 by the Colorado Rapids.
