RANGERS have a number of players out on-loan at clubs in Scotland, England and beyond. Here’s our review of how they performed at the weekend…
Ross McCrorie – Portsmouth
Ross didn’t see action this week following his red card for Portmouth against Shrewsbury last weekend. Pompey travel to Sunderland this weekend in League One.
Jordan Rossiter – Fleetwood Town
Jordan played the full 90 minutes and was booked as he helped Fleetwood make it two wins from two in League One with a 2-1 home win over AFC Wimbledon. After falling behind, Paddy Madden and Josh Morris netted to secure the victory. Town travel to Nottingham Forest in the League Cup tomorrow, then face Doncaster away on Saturday in the league.
Jak Alnwick – Blackpool
Jak was beaten for the first time this season, but it wasn’t to matter too much as they defeated Southend 3-1 away from home as Blackpool also made it back-to-back wins to start the season. They host Macclesfield in the League Cup tomorrow, and then Oxford United on Saturday.
