RANGERS defeated Motherwell 2-0 at Fir Park on Saturday. Here’s a look back at the game in numbers.

3- Rangers have received just two red cards this season after Michael O’Halloran was dismissed early on Saturday. Clint Hill and Philippe Senderos are the other two players to have been dismissed against Aberdeen and Celtic respectively.

1 – His red card on Saturday was the first of his career.

7 – Craig Samson was forced into seven saves on Saturday, the joint highest number Gers have made an opposition goalkeeper make in the league this season. Also making seven saves was Zander Clark in the 1-1 draw with St Johnstone in October.

4 – Goals Kenny Miller has now scored in his last three games. It’s also the number of goals he’s hit against Motherwell this season.

9 – Career goals Miller has hit against the Steelmen now. Amazingly, despite his appearances against them in the past, it took him until December 2009 to grab his first against them in a game where he hit a double.
