FOR tonight’s Europa League second round qualifying match, first leg against Progrès Niederkorn there will be a souvenir matchday programme on sale at Ibrox Stadium, price just £3.50.

For issue five for 2019/20 there is a stunning blue and orange cover design and an exclusive interview with first-team star Ryan Jack.

The midfielder was one of the players who featured against Progrès back in 2017 and he reflects on the huge disappointment and frustration that followed the 2-0 defeat in Luxembourg which sent Rangers out of the Europa League at the first hurdle.

Since then, however, he believes the club has made great strides forward on and off the pitch and he is confident that will be highlighted this evening.

We also speak to former Gers defender Chris Hegarty, who is now with Crusaders. The Northern Irish club are also in Europa League qualifying action tonight when they take on Wolves at Molineux.

Chris previews his side’s massive game against the English Premier League outfit and also looks back at his memorable spell at Ibrox.

Also in the programme another former Gers defender, Nine in a Row centre-back Joachim Bjorklund, discusses the positive impact he feels his countryman Filip Helander will have at Rangers having followed his career closely up to this point.

Ahead of another huge European night for the club, Steven Gerrard and James Tavernier provide their pre-match views in their manager and captain’s columns and there is also a tricky quiz to test your football knowledge, a new Hall of Fame feature, all the key facts ahead of the game, a new-look Junior Gers section for young fans plus so much more.

Supporters will have noticed last season that, when put together, the 32 programme spines produced a flag image with the ‘Ready’ crest. This season a stunning image of the front of the Bill Struth Main Stand will be created so make sure you don’t miss an issue!
