RANGERS fan and tennis ace Gordon Reid has the chance to make history in the early hours of tomorrow morning in both the singles and doubles finals at the Australian Open.

24 year-old Reid is ranked as the World’s number five singles and number one doubles player, and is competing in his first ever grand-slam singles final tomorrow while he will be looking to make it back-to-back grand-slam doubles titles having won the US Open back in September.

He will take on Joachim Gerard in the singles before facing number-one seeds Stephane Houdet and Nicolas Peifer with partner Shingo Kunieda immediately afterwards.

Reid is a regular visitor to Ibrox when his schedule allows, and everyone at the club is right behind Gordon and wishes him all the very best in both matches.
