The partnership will enhance player development as groups train under the guidance and leadership of the Academy staff at Rangers Football Club.

Westchester United FC, along with our partnership with Rangers, will provide a platform for our players to grow not only as soccer players but as individuals. The opportunity for our players to tour Ibrox Stadium, attend an official Scottish Premiership match and train at Auchenhowie’s incredible facilities will inspire, motivate, and encourage our players to accomplish any goal they set forward in life.

Gary Gibson, Rangers Soccer Schools Manager, commented: “We are delighted that we will be working with Westchester United FC. When we met at the United Coaches Convention in Philadelphia I was impressed with their vision for their club and through this partnership we will assist them to grow over the coming years. Initially, the focus will be on Westchester United FC bringing tour groups across from New York, this will give their players the opportunity to experience an elite environment along with seeing some of Scotland’s historic landmarks.”

The agreement is another sign of the club’s continued progression in North America through collaboration with football organisations that share similar values.
