THE vote is now open for Rangers’ Player of the Month award for August.
Alfredo Morelos, Allan McGregor and Connor Goldson are the three candidates for August’s award.
All three have impressed during the opening month of the season which saw the team go unbeaten.

Alfredo Morelos got his season off to a strong start with goals against Maribor, St Mirren and his first Rangers hat-trick in the Betfred Cup victory over Kilmarnock.
El Buffalo has been pivotal in leading the line for Rangers and his performances have been recognized with a renewed 4 year contract at the Gers and a first call-up to the Colombian national team.
Since returning to Rangers in the close season, Allan McGregor has become the team’s undisputed number 1 keeper.
McGregor has kept 4 clean sheets throughout the month of August and was vital in the club progressing to the group stages of the Europa League group stages.
His performances have also seen him called up for international duty.
When Steven Gerrard first took charge at Rangers he identified the defence as one of the main areas that required strengthening.
In signing Connor Goldson from Brighton he has been able to do just that.
A commanding centre-half, who is composed on the ball has had a solid start to his Rangers career, featuring in every game so far and grabbing a couple of goals. He has also been pivotal in Rangers progress in Europe.
