Why do I need to be a Travel Club member to attend away European games?

It’s a requirement that you become a Travel Club member to be eligible for buying European away tickets.  Ticket availability depends on your points score and generally works as a tiered ticket system where members with the top points get to buy tickets first, then the next level and then finally the lowest level (if there are any tickets left).

Who can apply for a membership?

All supporters are now eligible to purchase one membership per season. Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult Travel Club member at all times during the European trip/fixture.

Multiple Season Ticket holders are restricted to one Travel Club membership only – multiple Travel Club memberships are prohibited.

Will my previous point history be taken into consideration when I apply for tickets in Season 19/20?

Yes – points allocated from continuous Travel Club membership in Seasons 2011/12, 2017/18 and 2018/19 will be carried forward to Season 19/20 membership. Points from Season 2010/11 will no longer be valid or taken into account for Season 2019/20.

How do I earn new points?

Travel Club members earn one point for registering interest. Any subsequent ticket allocations must be both paid for and collected to retain the point, otherwise the point will be deducted. Ticket cancellations will also result in point deduction.

How much does the membership cost?

A Season Ticket Holder Travel Club membership for Season 2019/20 will cost £20 and is valid from 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2020.

A Non Season Ticket Holder Travel Club membership for Season 2019/20 will cost £40 and is valid from 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2020.

How do I renew my Travel Club membership?

Membership can be renewed online.  Season Ticket holders can also renew by completing the Travel Club section of the renewal form.

How do I apply for a membership?

Travel Club membership is available to purchase online only.

It is important to note that you must have a front-facing clear photo, such as a passport photo, already loaded onto your device, ready to upload before you apply. You will also need to have your passport number to hand.

What are the Travel packages available?

There are two travel options available to Travel Club members.

  2. Independent match tickets

How do I purchase a Rangers Travel package for a European game?

Priority sales times will be communicated to Travel Club members based on point scores. Once confirmed our official European travel partner can be contacted via their website.

I wish to travel independently to the game how do I apply for an independent match ticket?

Travel Club members opting to travel independently should register interest online here during active registration periods.

How do I register interest in a game?

An email will be sent by the Travel Club for each game during active registration periods. To register your interest click the link on the email or select the link here when registration is active.

How will I know if I have been allocated a ticket?

The Club’s travel partner will contact all successful applicants directly with full information. The Club will notify all successful independent match ticket applicants via email with a link to purchase their ticket online.

When will I receive my Independent Travel ticket?

Your ticket will be distributed at the venue/city or a point during travel on production of your Travel Club membership card. Please note that it may be a requirement from some European Football Clubs that travelling supporters must show their passports when entering their stadium. Full details will be communicated once known.

When will I receive my Official Travel package ticket?

Tickets purchased via the Official Travel package will be distributed by Rangers staff during the flight on production of your Travel Club membership card.

Will I be allocated seats next to my friends?

If your friends are part of your friends and family group we will do our best to seat you together.

I’ve purchased an Official Travel package but can no longer go to the game, what should I do?

Members who wish to cancel a travel package should do so in writing to the Club’s travel partner. Travel package refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions of purchase of the Club’s travel partner. The point accrued will also be deducted.

I’ve purchased a match ticket but can no longer go to the game?

Match ticket cancellation requests must be made in writing to Rangers Travel Club or via email to [email protected] Refunds are dependent on the ability to re-sell the ticket and are at the discretion of Rangers Travel Club. The award of a refund is subject to a £2 cancellation fee. The point accrued will also be deducted

I’ve lost my Travel Club membership card, how can I receive a replacement?

Email [email protected] to request a replacement card. Card replacements cost £5 and will be posted out within 28 days.

I don’t have my membership card. How do I collect my ticket without it?

In the absence of a membership card, our Travel Club staff will accept a passport from the holder as proof of ID.
