What after school courses does the club run?

Through the Club’s Football in the Community program we have a number of venues available on a term-time basis for children between ages 5-14 years. These courses run after school and in tandem with the school term.

A full list of available venues and times can be found here.

These can be booked by contacting the Club on 0871 702 1972 (Option 4, calls cost 13ppm plus network extras). For supporter enquires relating to existing purchases only, please call 0371 702 1972 or email [email protected].

Courses are booked as a block and it is advised to book in advance in order to avoid disappointment.

Does the Club run holiday courses?

Holiday football courses are normally run by the Club during the school term holidays, over the October Mid-Term, Christmas, Easter & Summer Holidays.

Information on venues and dates available are normally published nearer the time of the course on the website here

These can be booked by contacting the club on 0871 702 1972 (Option 4, calls cost 13ppm plus network extras). For supporter enquires relating to existing purchases only, please call 0371 702 1972 or email [email protected].

Does the Club allow spectators to attend these courses?

Not all the venues used have viewing areas for parents – i.e. as Murray Park being the First team training ground there are no viewing facilities available inside.  Venues with outside pitches, i.e. the Ibrox Complex, are usually suitable for parents to stand at the side of the pitch to watch from.

It is always best to check when booking each venue.

Appropriate Clothing

Any football strip, shorts and tee-shirt, and trainers are suitable dress for indoor facilities (or Astro trainers if Astro facilities).  If the course is on outdoor facilities perhaps send your child with a tracksuit and wet weather gear as well.

Food & drink

For all our courses, you should give your child bottled water.

For full day holiday courses, you should supply a packed lunch which should only be consumed during food breaks at times stated by the coach (i.e. on full day Holiday Courses).
