Is the fixture date/kick-off time likely to change?

Any fixture could change due to various reasons and often at short notice. If there is a change to the fixture date or kick-off time, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Your booking will automatically transfer to the new date/ time however if this is not suitable we will make best endeavours to accommodate you at an alternative fixture subject to availability.

Failing this a refund can be provided. It is important that you do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed.

What is the dress code for hospitality?

The dress code for your package will be stated clearly on your matchday invitation.

Who do I contact regarding special dietary requirements?

If you or your guests have any special dietary requirements please call our hospitality team on 0871 702 1972 – option 2 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras) or email [email protected] at least five working days before the game and they will happily make the necessary arrangements for you.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Ibrox Stadium is a no smoking stadium and smoking throughout the stadium is against the law. For security reasons if you leave the stadium for any reason you will not be allowed to return to your hospitality suite.

Are children allowed to attend hospitality?

Yes, children under 18 are permitted in hospitality facilities providing that they are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Child meals can be catered for upon request.

Do you have disabled access?

If you or your guests require disabled access please contact the hospitality team on 0871 702 1972 – option 2 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras) to discuss if the package booked meets your requirements. Only some of our facilities have wheelchair access, all have lift access. For safety reasons it is important that we are made aware of any mobility limitations to ensure that your needs are met and all guest have an enjoyable experience.

Where do I park?

Please refer to your matchday invitation and for the allocated car park. In the interest of safety guests are advised to park at least 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Parking cannot be guaranteed in the allocated area after this time.

Can we visit the Trophy Room?

Yes, please request a trophy room tour in advance of attending and we will pass instruction to our matchday staff working within your area. Trophy room tours are conducted either before or after the match.
