RANGERS is proud to be a modern, diverse football club where people from all backgrounds, cultures and communities can unite to celebrate and support a common cause – our ground-breaking diversity and inclusion campaign ‘Everyone Anyone’.

Managing Director Stewart Robertson was joined by manager Steven Gerrard, a host of first-team and academy players, Rangers legends, supporters who have helped us launch the campaign and staff to announce this historic and significant initiative.

With the support of the Rangers Charity Foundation, we will, throughout season 2019/20, improve engagement with fans of all backgrounds, promote positive fan behaviour and encourage tolerance and understanding through diversity, sportsmanship and inclusion.

Rangers is truly for everyone and anyone and we will build on today’s launch by creating a bespoke calendar of diversity and inclusion events at Ibrox Stadium, the Hummel Training Centre and the wider community throughout the year and beyond.

Rangers will develop and enhance new and existing initiatives which celebrate diversity and inclusion and the club is committed to embedding itself firmly in the country’s local and wider communities.

We will create a positive environment where differences are accepted, because our shared bond is a love of Rangers. This is a club for all, for everyone, anyone, everywhere, anywhere.

This campaign will showcase our core values and send a clear message of inclusion, togetherness and zero-tolerance to all forms of discrimination, on and off the pitch.

We welcome everyone to join us and stand together in our support of one of the world’s largest and most successful clubs.

We have been working on the Everyone Anyone campaign for a considerable time and all our community engagements will now fall under this one banner.

We have forged positive relationships with a number of organisations since the idea was conceived – notably with CEMVO Scotland – and initiatives under the Everyone Anyone banner will include:

  • Diversity and Inclusion Working Group
  • New initiative with CEMVO Scotland
  • Diversity Wins Programme
  • Stonewall and Leap Sports
  • Glasgow Pride & Ibrox Pride
  • Visually Impaired Football
  • Show Racism the Red Card
  • Autism Friendly Football
  • North West Street Football
  • Bespoke Everyone Anyone Events
